Malcolm Myers relationship with this true American Music Genre spanned his entire career.  From the early days of WWII in New York city where he was stationed in the Merchant Marine, Myers frequented the Black Jazz clubs around 57th and 52nd streets -- clubs that are now long gone, sadly developed into skyscrapers.  Those impressionistic years stayed with him as he made artistic odes to his beloved Jazz in Watercolors, Etchings, Intaglios, Oil and Acrylic Paints.  Jazz was never far from his heart...and he was truly a master at depicting the essence of our great American music:  Jazz.
